Senator Alan Clark Endorses Asa Hutchinson

Little Rock – State Senator Alan Clark of Lonsdale today announced his endorsement of Asa Hutchinson for Governor.

Senator Alan Clark stated, “Asa Hutchinson is the man that we need to lead this state. He has a vision for job creation and will be a conservative Governor that will lead Arkansas forward. As I travel my District, I have listened to my constituents and their concerns for job creation and lower taxes. I believe Asa is the right choice for Governor and he has my full support.”

Former Congressman and candidate for Governor Asa Hutchinson added, “I am honored to accept the endorsement of Senator Clark. He shares my vision of conservative governance through lowering our state income tax and creating jobs. Senate District 13 is important to the success of our campaign and I’m grateful for Alan’s support.”

Arkansas State Senator Alan Clark represents Senate District 13, which includes Hot Spring County and parts of Garland, Grant and Saline counties. Professionally, Senator Clark is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Clark’s Building and Decorating Center. In 2011, Senator Clark was named Associate of the Year by the Hot Springs Home Builders Association. A native of Hot Springs, Senator Clark is married to the former Jana Pruitt. The Clarks have one daughter and one son, are active in their church, and reside in Lonsdale.
